CHAMPION INDUSTRIAL CONTRACTORS, INC. has worked closely with Kaiser Permanente on numerous Medical Office Buildings throughout the Central Valley. Design/build projects include Medical Office Buildings in Manteca, Modesto, and Selma.

Champion Industrial was responsible for the design/build of the new clubhouse. CIC provided and installed the HVAC system and the plumbing for the entire project. CIC also designed and installed the sheet copper roof.

Champion installed HVAC, Hydronics, Plumbing, and Medical Gas at Sutter Gould Ambulatory Surgical Facility in Stockton. Installation included one 60 ton Trane DX Air Handling Unit, one 400 MBH Heating Hot Water Boiler Assembly, Medical Oxygen, Air and Vacuum Systems and Plumbing Fixtures. Champion’s portion of the project was completed in roughly 9 months.

Champion Industrial installed a new handler for the Sutter Tracy Community Hospital. The project included all mechanical piping, ductwork, insulation, controls, and balancing. The completion date was January 2009.

Champion was proud to take part in two LEED projects at UC Merced. The Kolligian Library was awarded LEED Gold Certification in December, 2007. And a Gold Certification was awarded to the Joseph Gallo Recreation and Wellness Center in April of 2009.
